With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry—spanning both property & casualty and employee benefits—she has dedicated her career to education, advocacy, and helping others navigate complex insurance decisions. Passionate about empowering those who may not have a voice, Teri is committed to making a difference for her clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, three beloved dogs, and a horse, embracing the beauty and lifestyle that Northern California has to offer.
Jacqueline Martinez
Medicare – Employee Benefits Consultant – Broker
Meet Jacqueline (Jackie) Martinez, Client Management and Retention Expert at Ornellas & Associates and Board Member of CAHIP Northern California. Jackie started her career within the banking and customer service industry, where she delivered exceptional experiences and banking protection to all stakeholders. After transitioning to a remote position, she quickly realized that she wanted to find a different opportunity that would align with her passion. Shortly after being introduced to Helen Ornellas, she decided to shift her career focus to Insurance, where she felt her passion could come to life. Throughout her time with Helen at Ornellas & Associates, Jackie has put her passion for education in the driver’s seat and strives to learn more, every day. One of her goals is to elevate the awareness of various protection types to all demographic groups, including those with potential language barriers.
Outside of work, Jackie stays busy with her 3 boys and husband, all who have a passion for outdoor adventures, like golfing and taking family trips to the driving range!
